A short 'divertissement' whereby I instructed Chat GPT to go and look for articles "from a famous Italian music writer" (fond of Zappa) and then asked for an article defending Lady Gaga and thrashing Zappa.

In short, the exercise kind of tanked. The style was not similar at all, the reasoning of why preferring Gaga to Zappa a rethorical failure indicating a more or less statistical use of adjectives which bore very little similarity with any serious argument  - which I could try to concoct, albeit only for very SERIOUS money :-)

The one used was clearly just a beta version of Chat GPT, at an early stage of public development (early April 2023.) A version available (for free!) to standard hominids, not seriously representing the real potential of the system.
